There are two pieces to URCO reporting:
The financial report delineates expenditures and includes all receipts. Financial reports are not considered complete if receipts are missing. All receipts must be scanned and attached. Note that any unused URCO funds must be returned to URCO.
The final report is approximately 2–4 pages summarizing what was done and the results. Please include, too, an impact statement: what did the URCO Grant do for the student researcher professionally and/or personally.
Submit the following to Deidri Nielson in the Undergraduate Research Office via the form below.
The reporting deadlines are set for one year from award; summer grants is May 1, fall grants is September 1, and spring grants is June 1. Failure to close out the URCO grant officially can result in holds being placed on records. Any extensions to these deadlines should be requested via e-mail to Dr. Scott Bates (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a rationale for the extension and a projected completion date.
